What is a verified lead?+
Leads & Verification

A homeowner opportunity that meets the applicable program verification requirements, is within your accepted service area and service type, and is successfully delivered to your agreed destination. It is not a guaranteed appointment, estimate, sale, or completed job. The accepted agreement controls the exact requirements.

Are leads shared with other contractors?+
Leads & Verification

Protected delivery means we do not intentionally deliver the same verified homeowner opportunity to competing buyers in the same protected program. It does not prevent a homeowner from contacting other companies independently or using another service.

Is the pilot free?+
Pricing & Billing

The 10-lead pilot has $0 upfront. Delivered leads are billable at the accepted lead rate; $0 upfront does not mean free delivered leads. The pilot deadline is 7 days after the first delivery under the program rules.

How much does a verified lead cost?+
Pricing & Billing

The current published rates are $105 per verified lead by ACH and $109 by card. The optional qualified-call upgrade is $35. An existing account follows its accepted order and rate snapshot, not a later marketing edit.

What does protected territory mean?+
Territories & Capacity

Protection applies to the approved industry, service group, area, capacity, and period in your agreement. A zip availability result is not a reservation. Protection begins only after approval and the required activation steps are completed.

What can qualify for a lead credit?+
Credits & Refunds

Examples include a verified wrong number or fabricated inquiry, an out-of-area or out-of-scope project, a qualifying same-project duplicate, failed delivery, or an unsupported call upgrade. Submit the lead and supporting details in the Credit Center. Approval depends on the applicable policy and evidence.

What qualifies for a call upgrade?+
Qualified Calls

An answered, tracked inbound call for the same previously delivered homeowner and project, with at least 60 seconds of substantive connected conversation within 7 days, once per lead under the agreed rules. Ringing, unanswered attempts, voicemail-only calls, spam, and tests do not qualify.

What does the 40-lead weekly minimum mean?+
Getting Started

It means your company needs capacity to handle at least 40 leads per week to participate in the standard protected-territory program. It is not a guarantee that we will deliver that many, a weekly minimum invoice, or an automatic commitment to buy that number.

Does creating an account reserve my territory?+
Getting Started

No. Create your account, verify your email, complete your company and capacity details, review the program and policies, and submit an application. Approval, payment authorization, and territory activation are separate steps.

What happens after I apply?+
Getting Started

Your application is recorded as Submitted. The team can approve it, request more information, or decline it. Approval alone does not activate paid delivery. Your portal shows the actual review and activation status.

Can I save my application and finish later?+
Getting Started

Yes. Signed-in applicants can save a draft and continue from the same account. No policy acceptance or payment authorization is inferred from saving a draft.

What if the homeowner does not answer?+
Leads & Verification

A missed call or lack of response alone does not prove that a delivered lead is invalid. Record your contact attempts, and submit a credit request when there is objective evidence of a defect covered by the policy.

Are booked estimates or sales guaranteed?+
Leads & Verification

No. The contractor sets prices, contacts the homeowner, schedules estimates, and closes work. The dashboard counts an estimate only when a real estimate status is recorded; delivery alone is not a booked estimate.

How will I receive my leads?+
Leads & Verification

Your approved delivery method is established during enrollment. Your portal shows the leads that have a successful delivery recorded for your account. Notification email preferences do not change the actual lead delivery destination.

Can I request more than one zip?+
Territories & Capacity

Yes. Use My Territories to request additional areas. A request is not an immediate change to routing or a confirmed reservation. The team checks industry, conflicts, availability, and capacity first.

What if my zip is not available?+
Territories & Capacity

Join the waitlist or check another area. Waitlist submission does not reserve a territory, promise a release date, or authorize payment.

Does the map show exact protected boundaries?+
Territories & Capacity

The optional map shows geographic context for the checked zip. Its marker is a location reference, not an official postal boundary or a guarantee of nearby availability. The written result and approved territory records control.

Can I pause or change capacity?+
Territories & Capacity

Submit a pause or capacity request in the portal. Requested dates are not active until the team confirms the change. Any applicable pause limits, hold terms, or fees come from your accepted program rules.

How do I cancel the program?+
Territories & Capacity

Submit a cancellation request through Support and retain the confirmation. The team reviews the effective date, outstanding valid charges, and unused monetary balance under the accepted terms. Clicking Submit does not retroactively cancel completed deliveries.

When is a lead billable?+
Pricing & Billing

A valid lead must be successfully delivered to the agreed destination and satisfy the accepted order requirements. An internal routing decision, queued item, or unproven sent flag is not by itself proof of successful delivery.

Does accepting the Terms authorize charges?+
Pricing & Billing

No. General policy acceptance, payment authorization, and marketing or recording permissions are separate. Paid activation requires the applicable payment authorization to be recorded independently.

Can I see charges and adjustments?+
Pricing & Billing

The Billing page shows recorded ledger entries and their dates and references. A ledger adjustment is not automatically a cash refund. External processor charges or refunds must be reconciled with their actual transaction records.

How long do I have to request a credit?+
Credits & Refunds

The ordinary credit review window is 72 hours after delivery. Explain any late discovery or timing exception in the request. The system accepts that explanation for review rather than silently deleting a late request.

What counts as a duplicate?+
Credits & Refunds

The standard same-project duplicate review window is 30 days. Include the earlier lead reference and evidence that it concerns the same homeowner and project. A separate genuine project is not automatically a duplicate.

What does Approved, pending adjustment mean?+
Credits & Refunds

The team approved the case, but a financial adjustment has not yet been posted. A request marked Credited includes a recorded ledger adjustment. Neither label should be treated as proof that a card or bank refund has settled.

Can I provide more information after a decision?+
Credits & Refunds

Open your request and add a reply or supporting details. The request returns to review when additional information is needed or a denied decision is questioned. Applicable appeal terms remain in your accepted policy.

Can Emma change my account or approve a refund?+
Account & Support

Emma can explain the configured program, check counties or zips, help a signed-in applicant save and submit an application, and record permitted account requests after confirmation. She does not approve applications, reserve territory or authorize payments. Account access and published agreements still apply.

Can I turn notification emails off?+
Account & Support

Yes. Open Settings to control email and each notification type. In-app history remains available. Required security or transactional account messages may still be sent separately.

How are the dashboard numbers calculated?+
Account & Support

Leads use recorded delivery dates. Contacted and estimate counts use dated contractor milestones. Qualified calls use the actual qualified-call status and call date. Date filters and charts use Eastern time. Tooltips explain each measure.

How can I reach a person?+
Account & Support

Use the Support form or the published support contact. A submitted case is a request for assistance, not a promise that a live agent is currently connected or that a callback has already been scheduled.
